Surgery Scheduled

We were at the ENT again today. After a few months of hearing issues, two ear infections in the last month and several sleepless nights because of pain...we're going to replace Nicholas' tubes. Unfortunately Tom is leaving for the Philippines on Friday, so we have to wait until he gets back for the surgery. Monday March 15 it is. When we were talking about it leaving the doctor, it became clear that Nicholas doesn't really remember having his first set of tubes put in back in Oct-08. He looked at me really concerned and asked "Do I have to take an ambulance to the hospital for the surgery?". Poor guy. So we did a drive-by of where we will park, where we'll go in etc. I think it eased his mind. Mostly he's excited about getting a larger pair of yellow hospital PJ's for the dress-up box!
